A community experience for 18- to 24-year-olds that provides job training, soft skills acquisition, and a community of support to help them achieve their educational and career goals.
One-day field trip experiences that allow high school students to explore college life, learn what it takes to get the job of their dreams, and provides them with hands-on experience with in-demand careers that require two years or less of education.
Sessions that help young adults develop a long-term plan with short-term action steps in the areas of education, career, finance, and personal development.
Support and help to high schoolers and young adults as they navigate essential steps like FAFSA applications, college admissions, driver’s licenses, IDs, resumes, and more. We help them launch into adulthood feeling prepared and empowered.
A 5-session career prep workshop designed specifically for 9th graders through young adults built to equip them with the skills they need to be hired for their first job.
An 8-week intensive summer internship that provides recent high school graduates with job training, mentorship, certification acquisition, a 4-week job shadowing experience, and a personalized roadmap for future success.
A 90-day paid internship that begins in TTLM’s social enterprise, Refresh Boutique, that helps young adults learn the skills they need to get on their feet in a safe, caring, and action-oriented environment.
